Welcome to our online store! SAproducts and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. ​

Introduction

1. This website (‘www.saproducts.com.au’), “our website”; “SAproducts”, is operated by Birchson Pty Ltd, registered in New South Wales, ABN 171 20399046,  trading as SAproducts and/or Stanley Street Butchery (us, we, our).
2. By visiting and using our website you accept and agree to be bound by the following website Terms and Conditions of Use. If you disagree with any part of these website Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website.
3. The information provided on our website is for general purposes and we reserve the right to make changes to this information at any time.
4. You acknowledge that information on our website may contain errors or inaccuracies and we do not under any circumstances assume liability for the same.
5. It is your responsibility to clarify any of these terms and conditions should they not be clearly understood. Please contact us at admin@saproducts.com.au
6. We collect and use your Personal Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (please see link above).
7. Images of the products on our website are indicative only of the product and are not necessarily a true representation of the actual product.
8. Unforeseen circumstances (such as the recent pandemic crisis) may alter our shipping/returns policy as well as well as how we conduct our normal business and as such our policies are subject to change without notice. SAproducts and Stanley Street Butchery takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any unforeseen changes that occur as a result of such circumstances. 

Payment

Our website represents and facilitates checkout for both SAproducts and Stanley Street Butchery.

SAproducts uses Pin Payments or Stripe to process online credit card payments.  Birchson Pty Ltd will be taking payments for and on behalf of SAproducts and Stanley Street Butchery.

Visa and Mastercard are accepted.  We apologise for being unable to accept American Express or Diners Club, or Paypal, at this time.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (unless marked otherwise) and are GST inclusive.

Policy on Unavailable Products

Because SAproducts imports most groceries (sauces, marinades, magazines, drinks, sweets etc.) from South Africa, your selected items may not be in stock at the time your order is being processed (due to customs delays or other reasons beyond our control).  Should this occur, the value of the portion of your order that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the order.

We produce fresh Biltong & Drywors daily and these items are always in stock (unless we have unforeseen meat shortages).

Shipping

1. Your order can be delivered to most locations in Australia. Parcels are either delivered via Courier or via Australia Post. In every event, it remains the sole discretion of SAproducts to determine which provider will be used for your order delivery. (In the event that your postcode results in an error message saying that we are not able to ship to your location, please contact us on admin@SAproducts.com.au)
2. SAproducts may accept international orders for certain countries.  In the event that your location results in an error message saying we are not able to ship to your location, please contact us at admin@saproducts.com.au
3. Important, please note that while we may send products to countries outside of Australia, via Australia Post, we recommend that, prior to placing an order, you check whether there are import restrictions imposed by the destination country on the goods, since this is the responsibility of the purchaser and SAproducts is not liable for confiscated items at customs.
4. We emphasize importance on the fast and reliable delivery of your orders, however please note that delivery times are estimates only (provided to us by third party transport providers) and we shall not be liable for any delays once the order has been dispatched to those third party transport providers.
5. Delivery times vary according to destination. Please allow up to approximately 5 business days for delivery in NSW and longer for other locations.
6. Due to our large range of imported products, shipping charges are dependent on products, weight, size and destination, and we will not be able to calculate your exact postage amount until your order has been processed. If a discrepancy in the shipping cost of an order is determined, then a refund of the difference will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the order, prior to or at the time of dispatching the order.  Please click on "Estimate Shipping" on your cart page during Checkout in order to approximate your shipping costs (regular parcel rates).
7. Due to the perishable nature of meat products, orders received after noon on a Wednesday containing biltong (except Jonty’s Biltong pre-packaged bags), drywors, and snap sticks, may only be dispatched the following Monday.
8. Other packages (not containing perishable items) are normally dispatched from SAproducts within 1-2 business days (if possible) after receipt of payment (providing the products are in stock).
9. All orders will be dispatched as ATL (Authority to Leave) and do not require a signature.  This means that the mail service provider will leave the order at the nominated address on the order, even if nobody is home to receive the order (unless a calling card is left by the mail service provider instead, notifying the addressee of where to collect the parcel from). 
10. Important Note:  We do not accept Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect or PO Box addresses. A physical address is essential.

 Returns

1. At SAproducts we would like you to be 100% satisfied.  For orders within Australia, we will accept returns for damaged or unusable Grocery Products (not including biltong, drywors and snapsticks - see below) within 14 days of delivery, provided you contact us to claim within 24 hours of receiving your order.  If the return is a result of our error (for example, incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs.  Refunds or replacements are normally issued within 14 days. 2. For all grocery items (including those other than food), please keep all original packaging and documentation in the event that your product needs to be returned.
3. Biltong, Drywors and Snapsticks are perishable products and are susceptible to mould formation if not stored correctly, especially in periods or areas of high humidity. If your product is sent vacuum-sealed in plastic, upon receipt please remove and place in the PAPER BAGS provided. Store in a well-ventilated area, preferably under a fan (not in a cupboard).  Any replacement biltong, drywors and snapsticks orders are at the full discretion of SAproducts.
4. Returns and exchanges can ONLY be authorised by us, so please confirm by emailing us at admin@SAproducts.com.au how and where to return items prior to doing so.
5. Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the sole discretion of SAproducts, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance.

Liquor Sales

1. Under the Australian liquor control reform act of 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years of age, and doing so attracts large penalties. By choosing to order liquor through our website you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally allowed to purchase liquor according to the liquor regulations of your Australian state as well as that of the State of New South Wales.
2. SAproducts sells alcohol online (as part of the product range available).  If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use SAproducts with involvement of a parent or guardian.  You must be 18 years or over to:
   - Register an account with SAproducts.
   - Order and checkout as a guest of SAproducts.
   
   
3. If you choose to purchase liquor from SAproducts we will supply the liquor to you under the conditions of our Liquor License no.: LIQ 770010252 for Birchson Pty Ltd, trading as SAproducts.
4. We reserve the right to change your order and/or restrict the delivery of liquor products to anyone should we believe at the time that the delivery of the liquor products will contravene any of the conditions of our liquor license or the liquor laws of Australia.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of SAproducts or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of SAproducts, with copyright authorship for this collection by SAproducts, and protected by international copyright laws.

Trademarks

Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not owned by us, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits SAproducts. All other trademarks not owned by SAproducts or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by SAproducts or its subsidiaries.

Your membership Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. SAproducts and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Licence and Site Access

SAproducts grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of SAproducts. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of SAproducts. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of SAproducts and our associates without express written consent. Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."
